How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To

Tablesuser Floor Coating is a referral service. We do not send anyone to your home. When you send a request, an independent provider in our network gets in touch. That provider is a local business. It runs its own schedule and writes its own quotes.

So the person on the phone works for the provider, not for Tablesuser Floor Coating. Ask who they are and what company they represent. That is a fair first question.

What a Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair estimate.

  • Where is the floor? Garage, basement, patio, or workshop?
  • About how big is it?
  • Is the concrete cracked, stained, or flaking?
  • Has it been coated or sealed before?
  • Does water ever sit on it?
  • When would the work fit your family's week?

Photos can help. So can a rough idea of the look you want.

Questions to Put to a Provider

You are choosing too. Ask what you need to know.

  • What coating do you suggest, and why?
  • How do you prep the concrete? Prep means cleaning and grinding it so the coating sticks.
  • How long until I can walk on it? When can I park on it?
  • What will the quote include, in writing?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who gives it?
  • Are you licensed and insured where I live?
  • Do you also handle other flooring, such as hardwood flooring installation?

The Decision Is Yours

Compare, then decide. Gather two or three estimates if you can. Look at the steps, the materials, and the timing, not just the price. Costs vary by job, so a written quote is your safest guide.

You can say no at any point. There is no obligation.
